Oh for Politics with Men.

No I am not a male Chauvinist.
But where are men in the power game today?
The field sleeps, sucking male pride out,
Through petticoat pacts of the power game.
God shuns men prostrating at the shrine,
And at the sites of power mongering,
With shameless severance of their body,
From the dignity of their soul and spirit;
Folded hands and falling feet falter and fail
To fix fidelity to its fragile frame,
Formed irreverently, as a half baked bread.
Yesterday's rituals have all turned rotten,
On account of pretensions of professed faith;
Oh!the field now longs for a brand of Goliath.
