Mayday Masks

The sweating muscles mask wailing labour;
The crying newborns mask maternity woes.
The feeding hands,hide harrowing hunger.
Leading lights mask the dangers of darkness,
Like the sweetness of honey,meanly masking
Life breath,sucked from humming honeybees.
Money on many hands masks,mocking loans.
There are tales of stealing,behind most masks.

Farmers have more loans than harvests,to own;
Their sorrowful tunes are said to be over blown.
The globe abounds in attitudes crazily crowned;
The crown hides emptiness,empowering sound.
Mayday masks manipulate the anthems of labour,
Hiding black money,behind veils of handy honour.
