In Good Company

The goodness of life gains us a coupon
To be with good people,we come upon.
Those who boost us to feel better,
Free our spirit from many a fetter.
They make us live the way we should,
Speaking and doing whatever is good.
Goodness is a roof against raining harms;
It keeps us like kids bound to benign arms.
The seat of sin lures us for crossing the fences;
The sight of evil sedates and steals our senses.
But goodness pulls us back to its fold in time,
When our wrongs wriggle into paths of slime.
Good people are our weight easing wafer souls
Earmarking right routes for all our right roles.
The hold of the body loosens,when the spirit reigns;
The grip of goodness guides us during writhing pains.
Not all vehicles stop when we frantically say,'hold on'.
Stopping on rickety roads,is brain bypassing brawn.
To be in good company is to be in a fortress of fusion,
Waxing the unripe will,in the warmth of fine fruition.
