Bonny Banners

Banners have no manners;
They rise and fall in a'functional'game,
With the power back of money and muscle.
When a banner kills a budding life,
In cahoots with a speeding tanker lorry,
The killing game strives to fix the killer.
'The dead is after all dead and gone'.
The Gita says"what has taken place,
Has taken place well,as what does and will".
Banners are not mere happenings though.
They are a mark of deepening death traps,
Into which, politics too falls,by the slip of a step.
Banners beam through streets and highways,
Selling styles of celebrations, sweetly sucking lives.
But bonny banners cease to be a bane,
When they interpret,intentions sane.
Justice looks back and forth to merit reasons,
For letting or not, acts,in tune with the seasons.
The seasoned voice of justice knows its vibrations,
Balancing between banners and their aberrations.
