Voice or Noise.
The tone of democracy, is in its uproar,
When no cherished values are in store;
Voices kill one another in a fluid forum,
Not bothering about the cult of decorum.
Noises magnify not on a line of thinking
But on motives grooved to mudslinging.
To reign is not to raise one's moral voice;
To resist is not to ruin the rightful choice. .
The soul of democracy is errant or extinct,
As the body is laid up with a rabble instinct.
Time servers thump desks to side or slight
Wavering to wag the tails,or wield the bite.
When noise becomes voice, it is democracy.
When voice is noise,it leaves a liars' legacy.
